Grand Rapids Area Machine Knitters Seminar
April 5th and 6th

There were only three members of our club in attendance.  Shirley Birkey, Linda Carney, and Pam Schulz.  The seminar attendance was just over 200 on both Friday and Saturday.  You can go on line at http://www.gramkc.4t.com/ and see pictures of the style show, year in knitting and the general seminar.  Below are pictures for your viewing pleasure.

March Meeting

The March meeting was held at the home of Linda Carney.  We gave her, Mickey, and Julia a break and took to the road for a change.  Had a Great Time!
Linda demonstrated weaving with Fabric and Chenille. She used our favorite knobby yarn as her base.  Check out the pictures below.  The fabric was cut into 1/2 inch strips and with the use of a Bias Tape Maker the edges were turned under as she wove the fabric.
