It is time for "Spring Cleaning" - Do you have duplicates or items you no longer use or need?  Bring them to club and see if someone else would be interested or have a need for the item(s).  Books, Patterns, Yarn, Tools, etc.

Mary Deitle called to let me know that she has patterns, books, machines, tools, etc for sale and to give away.  She can be reached by calling 232-6075.

Show and Tell
Modeling her "Square Crotch" pants with vest is the daughter of one of my(Pam) co-workers.  The pants and vest were made from Texas Chunky on the Artisan 70D.

Shirley made a gold & green hat and applied the ND Leprechaun to the hat

Shirley is holding another hat with matching mittens and more hand knit socks in her lap

Robin is wearing her "Modified Drop Shoulder Sweater" made on the bulky in two color tuck.  The neck band is a wide ribbing of the variegated yarn used in the body of the sweater.

I recently purchased the copyrights to the former News & Views magazine and plan on republishing it. It will be titled, Country Knitting of Maine News & Views. I plan on the first issue to go out in July. It will contain patterns, helpful articles, hints, book reviews, sources to where you buy yarn, books, patterns, etc. I plan on printing patterns and helpful articles for as many make of machines as possible. I am open to any suggestions or comments on what you would like to see in it. I will be publishing it six times a year.
