July brought out the Red, White, & Blue

Jackie made a Stars & Stripes Pillow
Robin made her grandsons blue sweaters with red planes and white stars
Pam made a striped sweater with Star Motif to donate to the "back to school" project.
Shirley B modified the "Diana Burns" pattern and created blue piping to accent the red sweater's button band.  A variety of Red, White and Blue Star buttons were added to complete her project.

Two mid-gauge Artisan 70D knitting machines and one Artisan 245 punch card standard machine are on sale.

Pattern section has been updated and includes the DAK Buzz Lightyear graphic Robin Linton created along with the DAK graphic files used for the Red Hat Society vest.

September 18, 2003 General Meeting will be held at the home of Robin Linton.  The project for the month is an item with "leaf"/ "leaves" to celebrate the coming of fall.

October 16, 2003 General Meeting will be held at the home of Shirley Birkey.  Bring a "Thread Lace" project. 

Other future projects on the agenda are:
Plating - Weaving - Buttonholes - Pockets - Hems - Intarsia - Zippers - Cables - Fisherman's Rib - Cast On's - Bind Offs.
