The Project of the Month is "Christmas Theme"

Our project for September was "Charity Knitting"

Pam knitted a hat, scarf and mittens from Texas Chunky on the Artisan 70D.  The mitten pattern was from the book "My First Experiences for 70D Knitters". 

Shirley B knitted up a couple hats to help keep someone's ears warm this winter.

Linda knitted this cute hat with ear flaps and what boy wouldn't want to "Drive The Truck" with this NASCAR inspired hat.

Linda also made these G-Carriage afghans and donated stuffed animals that will be given to Hannah's House.

Jackie made a plated tuck stitch afghan (pink) and a single bed tuck stitch afghan with knit on fringe for Hannah's House.

November 12th and 13th The Knit Knack Shop will be hosting their fall "Open House" 

November 18th General Meeting - Shirley Birkey's home.  Make a pair of 'slippers' from your favorite pattern or try a new pattern.  They are fun easy and make a nice 'last minute gift'. 

January 20th General Meeting - Pam Schulz's home.  Bring a 'Felted' project.  This could be a hat, jacket or the latest trend - a purse.

February 17th General Meeting - Robin Linton's home.  Our project color is "RED" and the technique is 'Slip Stitch'.

March 17th General Meeting - Shirley Reznik's home.  Our project color is GREEN for Saint Patrick's Day.

April 21st General Meeting - Linda Carney's home.  Project of the month is 'Double Bed Tuck Stitch'.

May 19th General Meeting - Pat Haden's home.  'Weaving' will be the technique of the month.

June 16th General Meeting - Shirley Birkey's home.  Lean to use your 'racking handle'.  Make a project using a 'racking' technique. 

July 21st General Meeting - Jackie Neely's home.  Bring a NEW to you 'neckline technique to show and share.

August 18th General Meeting - Shirley Reznik's home.  Charity Knitting Collection for 2005.
